CANCELLATION POLICY

Balance Beauty Spa respects it's employees as much as they respect you.  Balance Beauty Spa requires a credit card to reserve your appointment.  However, you will not be charged anything until after your service is completed unless the cancellation policy is broken.

Balance Beauty Spa requires a 24 hour advance notice of cancellation at no charge.

We understand emergencies happen...

If you cancel within 24 hours, you may be charged up to 50% of the service cost.

No-show/No-call or emails may be charged up to 100% of the service cost (so please sign up for email &/or text reminders when booking.)
