Balance Beauty Spa + Wellness was founded in 2013 by Kelly with a simple yet powerful vision: to create a positive, supportive space where women could feel confident, cared for, and truly seen.  Built on a foundation of organic skincare, holistic wellness, and community-centered values, the spa has grown into a trusted sanctuary for self-care in Worthington and the greater Columbus area.  From the start, Kelly wanted more than just a beautiful space--she set out to cultivate a team that uplifts one another, celebrates each other's success, and offers clients the same level of genuine care.
