Aromatherapy Yoga focuses on developing a connection between the senses and yoga. We will move slowly, hold poses as needed, clear the mind and lift the spirit.
Our instructor, Jen Hagerty, is trained in Integrative Yoga Therapy, Mindfulness and Meditation. With over 20 years of teaching experience, Jen enjoys teaching all types of yoga and welcomes all levels of yoga practices to her class.
