We can’t avoid stress, nor would you want to. Stress can leave you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, forgetful and exhausted. We need to be mindful of the triggers of stress in our lives and ways to work through it. Join Jen Hegerty, Integrative Yoga Therapies and Mindful Life Instructor, in an 8 week class that will incorporate learning breathing strategies, movements, yoga poses, and mindful meditation to create a balance in your life. You will relax your body and unwind your mind while melting away stress.
